ClickTale introduced an new excellent feature in their product. The Feature is called Heatmap
Heatmap. This feature helps to understand exactly where the users spent the most time on the website. This is very much different than what CrazyEgg does: CrazyEgg shows only the clicks on your website elements, not the time the users was in that area.
